Coming to Campus

SSU continues to prioritize the health of our faculty, staff and students as we begin a phased approach for returning to campus. We continue to follow all county public health orders while maintaining operational excellence in the mission of educating our students.

At this time, access to campus is being monitored and controlled to meet all federal, state, local health and safety requirements and CSU implemented policies and guidelines. All faculty and staff requesting to come to campus must complete the appropriate access request. The two most common forms of access requests are:

  • Department Return to Campus Assessments - to allow access for work that cannot be done remotely or by telework.  The department head should initiate this request through the Risk Management and Safety Services, Continuity Team at continuity@sonoma.edu(link sends e-mail).
  • Short-Term, On-Campus Visit Requests - to request access to an office or building or a service based office (Shipping and Receiving, IT Help Desk, Seawolf Service Center, or Library Contactless pick-up). Request access via the Open Buildings page
