Teaching Remotely

Remote Instruction for Fall 2020

Chancellor Timothy P. White has announced CSU courses primarily will be delivered virtually for the fall 2020 term, with limited exceptions for in-person teaching, learning and research activities that cannot be delivered virtually, are indispensable to the university’s core mission and can be conducted within rigorous standards of safety and welfare. There will be hybrid approaches and there will be variability across the 23 campuses due to specific context and circumstances. Get more information about SSU's return to campus.

Teaching Through Disruptions

The Center for Teaching and Educational Technology offers faculty members essential information for teaching online and through disruptions. The center also hosts a Zoom online meeting room from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday to provide instructional technology support to faculty, and will also host all of its training sessions in this Zoom room as well.
